Saglyk.org is seeking to hire a creative, trend-savvy Social Media Coordinator to lead our Instagram and TikTok content development and marketing efforts.
Progres Foundation is a Turkmen think tank that promotes nuanced understanding, research and discussions on human development in Turkmenistan.
Progres Foundation works to support various progressive, educational initiatives that benefit the public in Turkmenistan. Saglyk.org has been working to improve public health literacy in Turkmenistan over the last 17 years, including becoming a leading source of COVID-19 information in the Turkmen language.Progres.online is an online analytical journal that promotes better, nuanced understanding of the societal trends in Turkmenistan by providing quality research and policy analysis.
Responsibilities
Donate to support Turkmen analysts, researchers and writers to produce factual, constructive and progressive content in their efforts to educate the public of Turkmenistan.
SUPPORT OUR WORK- Develop, edit and publish 2-3 engaging, short and science-based social media content a week (both video and image based);
- Track and report content performance;
- Collaborate closely with the Saglyk editor;
- Foster a vibrant Saglyk community online;
- Assist in understanding user experience and behavior.
Qualifications
- At least 18 years old;
- 1-3 years of experience managing TikTok/Instagram social media accounts, preferably for a brand with an active followership;
- Interest in public health;
- Reliability, responsiveness and meeting deadlines;
- Willingness to learn, innovate and adapt to keep the platform thriving;
- Languages: English and Russian are required. Knowledge of Turkmen is a plus.
